this video reminded me of an event which happened in May 2026, which i had not mentioned online... i live on the beach in Old Orchard Beach, and for years was daily walking my dog on the beach, became paralized 2013, and only regained some ability to get out of bed and start using a wheelchair in 2021, after 9 years beridden. its only now in 2026 that im able to stand up and walk a few feet. this lead to excitnent of trying to walk on the beach for the first time in 14 years... uhm... my wheelchair made it down the boardwalk, but immediatly sunk into the soft sand soon as getting off the boardwalk... tried using a walker to get the rest of the way, but only got halfway to the water before a man in his 30s and his 2 sons aged around 8 and 10 picked up my wheelchair and tried to carry it off the beach to their truck... fortunatly, i yelled out, "that guy is stealing my wheelchair" and a group of teenaged girls who was near by, ran after the guy and started bonking him with their big beach bags, while yelling thry were going to call child protective services for teaching his children to steal... they helped me get back to my wheelchair and helped me back to the boardwalk... im in my 50s, the girls who helped me were maybe 14 to 16. i have not tried to go to the beach again yet. also, my wheelchair has a dash camera on it, so i have video footage of the whole thing. I miss going to the beach and im horrified that we live in a society where people think stealing a wheelchair is okay.

Wheelchair thieves are a thing did you know that? my car and my dog Koko sitting in my wheelchair, photo by me, Wendy Christine Allen this video reminded me of an event which happened in May 2026, which i had not mentioned online... i live on the beach in Old Orchard Beach, and for years was daily walking my dog on the beach, became paralized 2013, and only regained some ability to get out of bed and start using a wheelchair in 2021, after 9 years beridden. its only now in 2026 that im able to stand up and walk a few feet. this lead to excitnent of trying to walk on the beach for the first time in 14 years... uhm... my wheelchair made it down the boardwalk, but immediatly sunk into the soft sand soon as getting off the boardwalk... tried using a walker to get the rest of the way, but only got halfway to the water before a man in his 30s and his 2 sons aged around 8 and 10 picked up my wheelchair and tried to carry it off the beach to their truck... fortunatly, i yelled out, "that ...

The plow just left, but not only did he not shovel to the door, but he plowed it in so it can't be shoveled. I can not get out my door, nor can I get my wheelchair out either. I'm gonna have to contact the Department of Human Services. This is an Avesta house and Maine law requires disability access. Biddeford fire department requires all doors be accessible. This is the only disability accessible door in the building. I can not use any other door in the building. :(

Crazy Woman Just Attacked - No Clue Why or Who She is

Me and Ben just got attacked by a weird crazy woman on Railroad Ave. (The dirt road behind South Street that crosses Main St, Cutts St, and James St). It was around 10:30pm (so pitch black on a street that has no street lights)  and i was doing my nightly relearning to walk exercise which i do five times a day, which involves me standing behind my wheelchair and pushing it, to try to regain nerve and muscle function in my legs. so I walk extremely slow. The distance it takes most people to walk in ten minutes, takes me well over two hours to walk that same distance. Most people can walk down Railway Ave and back in under five minutes. It takes me forty five minutes to get to the end and back. We were at the corner of Main and Railroad Ave, where the tar ends and turns to dirt, and my wheelchair wheel was stuck in the big pot hole that is there and there are no street lights, plus I am legally blind (can only see eight inches, so I can not even see the ground or my feet). We are bot...

Someone talked to me today.

Someone talked to me today. Without yelling at me, or throwing rocks at me, or hitting me, or calling me crazy, or calling me insane, or pulling my cane from my hand and throwing it where I can’t reach it then pushing me in the road. That is the 3rd time this year, 2024, that a person has talked to me without being violent, hateful, or a bully. I also got a chance to talk to her. It was less than 3 minutes, but OMG! This is so exciting! Someone actually talked to me!!!!! This hasn’t happened in 8 years! Here is the video footage off my dashcam: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uszRfI2rGU I also got a chance to talk to her. Which is a really big thing, as I have been without speech therapy since the golf club woman broke my spine on November 14, 2013 , and left me crippled and bedridden and having to relearn to walk. And I was still mute when this happened. I had the surgery which gave me the ability to speak, June 24, 2016. I only have limited verbal speech, now, my voice i...
