Since Google's most recent core update (Dec 12, 2025) I am suddenly getting a plethora of traffic (500+ visits daily) to my Blogger blog (started 26 years ago) and its traffic to flash fiction, short stories, and poetry (something that has always been notoriously difficult to get traffic to on Blogger since its BlogSpot days). This update, whatever it is, seems to be driving traffic to all the oldest 20 to 30 year old websites, blogs, and GeoCities type sites. Never seen Google do an update like this one before.

The Bandits and the Pink Necromancer The wind howled through the endless expanse of snow, carrying icy tendrils that snuck into every crack of the pink silk tent.  Quaraun sat cross-legged on a pink velvet cushion, his long, silver jellyfish tentacle hair draped in neat coils around him,  slithering protectively.
